What came out of the sunset reviews finished so far in 2026: 135 result and continuation notices, covering 213 case numbers. 130 notices continue orders; 4 revoke them; 92 are expedited reviews where respondents did not adequately participate.

Why so many continuations

A continuation here is Commerce (or the ITC) finding that revocation would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping or subsidies — the usual outcome when the US domestic industry participates. A revocation happens on the statutory no-response path: when no domestic interested party files a notice of intent to participate, Commerce must normally revoke within 90 days of initiation (19 CFR 351.218(e)). One notice in this window is a correction of an earlier rate announcement and is stamped accordingly.
